STAGE 01

Developing two distinct faces

The grey jersey face pairs tonal outline embroidery with broad cream drawcords, while the navy face uses a small woven chest patch. Working with separate fabric swatches, embroidery trials and trim samples keeps each face distinct without losing the shared hooded, zip-front shape.

STAGE 02

Resolving the closures and care details

The front zipper and smaller pocket pulls are developed alongside the navy shell, with their proportions checked against the garment rather than in isolation. The care-label set is hand-stitched into the garment, completing a detail that needs to sit neatly within the reversible construction.

STAGE 03

Balancing the shell and jersey sides

The navy face has a smoother, crisper surface, while the grey face retains the softer character of a jersey hoodie. Full front and back views make the different pocket, chest-mark and edge treatments readable, and the embroidery trial keeps attention on the outline of the grey-side motif.

STAGE 04

Reading the reversible shape in wear
