STAGE 01

Establishing the Finished Shape

Reference pairs show the broad strap, open toe and raised footbed edge in both colourways. The focus is on the balance between the upper coverage and the outline of the moulded base.

STAGE 02

Cutting the Strap Panels

Loose monogram panels are laid out beside assembled slides and sole components. This stage connects the flat strap shape with its curved position over the footbed and the pattern placement on the finished upper.
