STAGE 01

Material and Knitting Development

The development focused on establishing the breathable linen-cotton knit structure and producing the polo body with consistent texture and shaping. The supplied composition label reads 77% linen and 23% cotton, while the source listing states 75% linen and 25% cotton; this discrepancy should be confirmed before publication.

STAGE 02

Custom Trim Assembly

Custom woven labels, buttons, spare trims, and packaging components were prepared to complete the product presentation. The attached production view also documents the neck label being positioned and sewn into the finished knit polo.
