STAGE 01

Fabric and Silhouette Development

The development process pairs fabric swatch review with a side-by-side garment reference to refine the white jersey’s surface, drape and relaxed short-sleeve silhouette. The source describes the selected cloth as 32-count, 200 g, lightweight, breathable and soft; no unsupported fiber composition is claimed.

STAGE 02

Badge Placement and Garment Measurement

Several leather badge formats were evaluated on the garment to establish an appropriately restrained chest detail. Finished pieces were also measured flat during production so the body proportions and placement could be checked against the intended specification.
