The development centers on translating the H motif into individually prepared leather components and applying them consistently at the chest; the supplied production views document workshop handling, repeated placement and label finishing.

STAGE 02

Silhouette and Placement

This stage refines the restrained oversized silhouette and the scale and position of the tonal H chest patch, keeping the branding compact so the leather detail remains integrated with the otherwise minimal body.

STAGE 03

Construction Refinement

The neckline and edge construction were reviewed at close range, with attention to collar shape, even stitching and a clean finish suited to the minimal design.
