Development focused on establishing the black denim surface and washed character before final assembly. The sample and magnified inspection document the fabric’s diagonal twill structure, visible surface texture, and subtly varied black tone.

The second stage refined the product-specific components, including the engraved metal button and stitched letter patches. Close inspection was used to review the button relief, patch surface, edge cutting, and contrasting embroidery against the black denim.

Side-by-side reference comparison reviews the overall straight, relaxed leg shape and the treatment of the black wash. The branded metal buttons also show closely matched circular proportions, repeated lettering placement, recessed centers, and aged silver-toned surfaces, with minor variation in the finishing marks.

The comparison checks construction at the lower hems and front pockets. The developed version follows the reference through its washed edge definition, double-row hem stitching, five-pocket layout, coin-pocket proportions, rivet placement, belt-loop positioning, and tonal seam contrast.
