How this piece was made.

STAGE 01

Cord and Embroidery Development

Development focused on selecting a custom twisted cord with the thickness and structure needed to form the raised script cleanly, while preserving the intentionally textured finish at the graphic ends.

STAGE 02

Embroidery Production

The cord-script artwork was translated into repeatable garment production, with multiple T-shirt panels shown aligned across a multi-head embroidery line to maintain consistent placement and graphic proportions.

STAGE 03

Ribbed Finish Construction

The finishing stage addresses the ribbed edge construction, using a three-needle treatment to secure the seam neatly and reproduce the intended parallel stitch appearance.
