STAGE 01

Material and Construction Development

The development began by translating the relaxed shirt-jacket shape into suede, balancing a structured collar and straight body with the natural surface variation of the leather. Production views document the cut suede components and lined internal construction used to build the garment.

STAGE 02

Silhouette and Placement Development

This stage refined the front and back presentation as a complete garment, including the distribution of tonal floral and monogram-style embroidery across the panels. The aim was to keep the decorative layout visible while preserving a clean, wearable overshirt silhouette.

STAGE 03

Embroidery and Hardware Development

The final development stage focused on embroidery scale, spacing and stitch definition, together with the appearance of the branded buttons. The documented comparisons show adjustments intended to bring these visible details closer to the reference arrangement and finish.
