STAGE 01

Material and Assembly Development

The development work focuses on carrying the wide corduroy ribs cleanly across the beige shell while controlling alignment through the cut panels and assembly process. Production views document the sleeve-badge application and garment pressing during construction.

STAGE 02

Shape and Detail Refinement

The developed sample is reviewed against the reference garment as a complete piece, with attention to the relaxed overshirt shape, pointed collar, twin chest pockets, dark button spacing and consistent vertical cord direction.
