How this piece was made.

STAGE 01

Silhouette and Embroidery Development

The development focused on translating the relaxed bomber silhouette into a clean, wearable construction with a gathered ribbed collar, elasticated cuffs and hem, tonal snap closure and angled welt pockets. The chest artwork was developed as raised tonal embroidery, retaining the flowing script shape while keeping the thread color closely integrated with the khaki shell.

STAGE 02

Material and Hardware Development

Material and component development centered on the custom 210 gsm cotton-polyester shell and coordinated trims. Magnified fabric inspection documents the weave structure, while the close hardware view records the color-matched branded snap buttons selected to maintain a consistent tonal finish across the jacket.

The developed version follows the reference artwork with raised tonal stitching and a surrounding outline, while the coated buttons reproduce the circular form, embossed lettering and coordinated shell color with small differences in finish and stitch definition.

The developed garment retains the compact stamped-metal detail and the navy size label with orange lettering, supporting consistency in the less visible components while allowing for minor production variation.
