STAGE 01

Back-Letter Structure and Weight Control

The development focuses on shaping the padded letter panels along the center back while keeping the vest visually full without excessive bulk. The photographed sample registers 0.640 kg on the displayed scale; the image does not identify its size.

STAGE 02

Fill and Inner Construction

The interior development combines a fine white insulating fill with an added lining layer. The lining is used to contain the fill and reduce the risk of fibers escaping through the outer construction.
