How this piece was made.

STAGE 01

Material and Construction Review

The development process included reviewing the black fabric structure, interior looped surface, ribbed finishing, and the placement of the tonal chest emblem before assembly.

STAGE 02

Embroidery Development

The tonal equestrian emblem was digitized and prepared for embroidery, with production samples and thread selection used to control the shape and understated black-on-black appearance.

STAGE 03

Assembly and Finishing

After the embroidered panels were completed, the garment was assembled with the checked inner collar, half-zip neckline, woven label, ribbed cuffs, and ribbed hem.
