How this piece was made.

STAGE 01

Wash and Dye Development

The development began with a white base cloth, followed by garment-level washing, sanding, stone treatment, spray work, and enzyme washing. This route was selected to build irregular tonal placement and a naturally worn surface rather than the flatter, more uniform appearance associated with fixed-color dyeing.

STAGE 02

Construction and Hardware Development

The shirt was developed with a pointed collar, single chest pocket, metal triangle badge, and silver-tone snap fasteners. The photographed details support close control of the badge, fastening components, and their placement within the beige washed finish.
